The yo-yo is back :)
I'm heading back to the WW Center and joining. The no-meeting approach works
intermittently and I need to buy the Summer Meeting Pass and make myself go
and be accountable.

What is the minimum amount of carbs required in order to say that a

herself.

Anyone have good ones.
Wife and I are busy trying to do the gym thing so if we can prepare

Hope everyone is having a great weekend.
I wanted to post my starting numbers, because if I don't I will slack
off.  Been there, done that, but, not this time.

Down 2.2. So a total of 26 pounds so far. That puts me down a grand total of
60 pounds from my highest weight (the 1st 34 I managed to lose on my own
through 6 days/wk of exercising before I burned out plus I knew I also
needed to get my eating under control).
