The yo-yo is back :) I'm heading back to the WW Center and joining. The no-meeting approach works intermittently and I need to buy the Summer Meeting Pass and make myself go and be accountable.

The wife and I have both been on the diet thing since January. She signed me up for e-Diets and then a few weeks later decided to do WW for herself. We both got recommitted to our gym.

Down 2.2. So a total of 26 pounds so far. That puts me down a grand total of 60 pounds from my highest weight (the 1st 34 I managed to lose on my own through 6 days/wk of exercising before I burned out plus I knew I also needed to get my eating under control).
