Starting week 3 and I am hungry!31 Jul 2006 08:20 GMT35
I wasn't hungry during weeks 1 and 2  - but now I am starving!  What's
up with that?  I have lost 4.8 lbs so far - maybe my metabolism has
been kick-started?  I am sticking to daily points for the most part -
usually just 1 or 2 weekly points per day extra.

Up a lb?30 Jul 2006 22:58 GMT22
I was up one pound this morning.  How can this happen when I didn't go over
my points since I started?  I also walked 4.2 miles yesterday in addition to
my regular daily exercise.  I'm post menopausal so it's not hormonal.

I'm baaaack . . .28 Jul 2006 19:32 GMT8
After being off for a time, I'm back . . . little bit wiser, little
bit heavier.  I was about for quite a while some time ago, but found a
great excuse (I broke my hand & hit a long lasting plateau about the
same time) and left.  I started back with Weight Watchers at Work, and
It's fun again28 Jul 2006 16:46 GMT4
I'm now at the point where working out, lifting weights, is fun again... you

exercises, do the good old routine.. and the muscles "feel like ...
week 19528 Jul 2006 12:32 GMT16

along with not eating enough did me in and I am sure I could have done
better on the water... oh well, I didn't do anything wrong so ...

I'm sure that I've had restaurant meals that were more points than this but
I actually sat down to estimate this one.  We went to a really nice place in
the area that does pretty high end stuff (quality) and in preparation I
skipped breakfast (slept through it actually), had a ...
