Yep, I started WW 11 days ago at 210 and today I am 197....  Question;  I
know that when you first start any diet, you lose water and pounds quickly
for a couple of weeks and then it slows down.  When it slows down, how slow
will it be?   maybe just a couple of pounds a week or ...

I went to my first meeting today.  I liked it.  It was mostly educational.
I think I could learn a lot there.  The leader seemed enthusiastic and tried
to get the members involved in discussion, but the members were kind of
quiet.

I actually lost .4 and that is good, I got all my good fat in, but I also
traveled, got overwhelmed because I screwed up counting my wpas... Then when
we got home from our trip, which was fun and I walked a bunch... the
neighbors tree had helped itself to our power lines... so we ...

Well, in the paddock, really!
Our neighbour was having his annual bash, with his band playing.  I
danced off the 3 glasses of wine I had!  :)

This week went BAD right from the start, but it was my own fault so here I
am back to where I was last weekend after an awful few days...
It all started Sunday evening when I was craving a bowl of macaroni,
so....made about a cup (cooked), ended up putting way too much butter on ...

Lost 2.8 lbs - and I feel better already! :D  I am doing points and not
using but a few of my weekly extra points - pretty much staying at
points or 1 or 2 under.  :)  I'm not hungry at all - in fact I have to
usually force myself to eat all my points.

We went in and did our whole old routine, cardio, core, lower-body..
I'm tired and sore, but it's good tired and good sore..
I love to work out!
Too hot today to do cardio outside I'll have to think something up!

well was up .200grm this week but expected it as was hubbys birthday and had a couple of drinks which i enjoyed immensly lol

I've been thinking about joining Weight Watchers, but I'm a little cautious
in terms of price.  It would cost about $10 a week for the meetings.

I find this quite strange, and i hope you guys can help explain why
this is happening.  And if it's normal!
When i'm working at the office, i'm basically sitting down all day.
And i'm usually always kind of hungry... sometimes very hungry.
