I weighed in yesterday and had a 1.2 gain.  I was in NYC for five days
and the previous week I had a 1.2 loss so I'm not complaining one bit.
What I love about WW is I can get back on the program, which is what I
did yesterday with exercise, lots of water and exactly my 22 points ...

Does anyone have any quick and easy slow cooker recipes that does not require
a lot of ingredients? For chicken, roast and ribs that are ww friendly?  I
have a few but are in need of new ones. So if anyone would like the recipes I

I am thinking about switching too flex and I am in need of new food ideas. If

Well,...I have been using Splenda for quite a while...I now find that I use
3-5 packets per day...My weight loss has been consistent without a plateau
(my time will come)...I feel that I should reduce my consumption of these
products...I'm not sure why but since it is a chemical ...

I went back and checked my weightloss records.  I threw out the first
week results, 6#, because the first week is always a big loss no
matter what diet you are doing.
