I am still around, I keep going to WW to WI every couple of weeks, not doing
great I have gained back 6 pounds and stopped my downward progression.  Next
week I am going to start going every week and staying at the meetings.  I

I went back to my good old Cardio 30 minutes today.
Well... yesterday we lifted weights, and realized we didn't have energy left
for cardio. So last night we walked for about 1hour as a good pace. I was
also struggling iwth the dog so that had calories burning. She's not leash

I was here three or so years ago under a different username...during my
first attempt at ww.  Sadly I fell off the wagon and crawled away with my
tail between my legs.
I started again last week...and lost a staggering 10½ lbs this week!  I know

I'm going on vacation friday. 11 days home, with family and friends.
Last two weeks have been a major challenge already with work and home

When I get up in the morning I have my morning juice, take a walk come home
and have breakfast. I have been drinking frozen orange juice. After making
it I put in additional water in it so I drink one pint which equals 100
calories. I tried mango juice which is higher in calories ...

Hey everyone-
I confess, I fell of my WW plan and gained 4 pounds in the last 2 months.  I
am getting back on the ball begining today.  The short term goal is an even
100 kg by the end of the month.  That would be a grand total of 7 pounds

I had my second meeting this week--the end of week one.  Nervously I stepped
on the scale...and I was down 2.8 lbs.  Yay!
