Week 1 : down 3.6 pounds! Yeah!
The week had been good, but I didn't think it was THAT good. If I lose only
1.2 pounds this week, I'll be down 2 points a day... Ouch.

I haven't been to the gym in a week because I'm sick.  Spent Fri thru Sun in
my jammies with hot tea and soft blankets.  My whole body hurts and I have a
terrible cough & sore throat.  I have been eating mostly fruit and drinking
juice though I did have a small bit of ice cream.

Hey all,
advice needed.   Been on WW since May, had a rough summer with all the
cookouts/parties. Basically stayed the same.   Been back full force this
past week.  Have eaten all my points each day (24), and have used maybe 5

I pretty much maintained this week.  I'm down 0.6 lbs this week which
is about what I expected.  Could be hard this week though.  Tomorrow is
my 27th birthday and my wife has made a very scrumtious looking cake
(sugar free) with ice cream (sugar free, low fat).  I'm been really
Week 926 Sep 2006 22:49 GMT11
Having missed week 8, week 9 came and I was down 3.2 lbs for the 2 weeks.
Yay!  I was kind of surprised it was that much.  I went on that retreat
(which didn't turn out too bad WW wise--I didn't gain anything), but after
that there was this Taco Bell incident...oops.  It only ...

I have developed the LAST WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM that you will ever need.
I lost 37 pounds in 21 days (17 of them in the first 10) and have maintained
the weight, without even thinking about it.  Best of all is that I eat all
the foods that I want; I mean the real foods not some ...

Another great weigh-in.  I'm down another 1.6 pounds this week for a
total of just over 65 lbs!  I kind of expect to either maintain or
perhaps even gain a little between now and next week just because I had
a day where I didn't eat very much.
Stayed the same this week25 Sep 2006 00:22 GMT9
Which, let's face it, I should do on maintenance!  :)  I shall try to
shift another couple of pounds and then see how I feel.  I want to get
that 70lbs gone thing done!

When I was in high school, my physical education teacher once explained
why 8 - 1 > 8. Say you work or study 8 hours a day. If you take 1 out of
the 8 hours and commit yourself to physical exercise, you will get much
