Week 1 : down 3.6 pounds! Yeah! The week had been good, but I didn't think it was THAT good. If I lose only 1.2 pounds this week, I'll be down 2 points a day... Ouch. Isabelle

went to my meeting this morning. The girl messed up, said I lost 3.8, but I actually lost 4.3....happy with my results. Thanks so much for my warm welcome last week! Teri

I haven't been to the gym in a week because I'm sick. Spent Fri thru Sun in my jammies with hot tea and soft blankets. My whole body hurts and I have a terrible cough & sore throat. I have been eating mostly fruit and drinking juice though I did have a small bit of ice cream.

Another great weigh-in. I'm down another 1.6 pounds this week for a total of just over 65 lbs! I kind of expect to either maintain or perhaps even gain a little between now and next week just because I had a day where I didn't eat very much.
