There is a guy in my meeting that lost over 125 pounds.  Had some
emotional problems at home and gained it all back, plus some.  He has
never stopped coming to meetings even with all the weight gain.  He has
been going to meetings steady for three years now, and is planning on

Had a great weigh-in this morning.  New all-time low for me.  I lost
over 2 pounds this week.  165.0 lbs exactly making my total loss 67.2.
I hit the treadmill hard and was a very disceplined eater this week.  A
very good friend of mine had his 50th birthday party last night too.  I

Wow, I'm posting my WI on the right day this week.  Not a very impressive
loss, but a loss nonetheless.  Down .2 lb., better than up .2!
I've been to see my doctor about my heel pain - his diagnosis....achilles
tendinitis.  He's suggested ibuprofin 3 x per day for the pain and ...

I had a terrible week.  I'm not sure what was wrong, but it was
capiltal-W-wrong.  For one thing my son (2)  quit napping this week, so
I had to quit napping  and so I am going on little sleep.  I didn't log
my food  all week.  I am worried that I will be up and I am

Up 0.6 lbs this week.
I worked hard at the gym Monday to Thursday.
I tracked all of my points.
Had hoped to see another loss this week, but it wasn't meant to be.

if you eat the day you weigh in or if your bladder is full or you
haven't exercised that day?  I guess what I am asking is when do
external forces make a difference?
BTW the light goes out in the fridge.

Real quick cause I gotta go to the Dr in 20 minutes.
We didn't work out today, and I kinda ate too much at the center this
morning. but I think I'm good for it. Dh is out all day all night, so the
dog and I are gonna go play !

Anybody have recommendations on a good, accurate scale?  Preferably
under $50.  Should I just get one of those mechanical ones like at the
doctors office with the weights that slide left and right across the
top?  I'd like one that does tenths of a pound, but most importantly it

Last night we decided not to go to the gym this morning cause I'm up and
running until 10pm. So I won't be in bed before 11 and I'm with the public
all evening (not a good idea when I'm tired).
So we went to bed, my husband fell asleep first, and I'm laying there
