I'm on a never ending quest to make this new lifestyle a second nature.
Something that just is what I do, rather than something I pick up every six
months when my weight gets too close to goal.
I've always been convinced that the most important thing is to make this

Down 2.8 pounds this week for a total loss so far of 7 pounds. I hoping
for that as I have been very good this week (except for last night). I
kept my daily point intake to the low end of my point requirement, I
only ate 4.5 of my weekly point allowance, I earned 28 activity ...

I hate my mother in law27 Oct 2006 07:37 GMT22
Well not really but I'm ticked at the moment. She KNOWS I'm on a diet
and working really hard at it...I was just visiting with her at her
cabin this weekend. She dropped by for 30 minutes this afternoon to drop
of the umbrellas she bought my kids that I forgot at the cabin. Along ...

Hi everyone!  Just got caught up reading this week's posts.  I must say, my
attitude improved just by reading about others' positive attitudes!
WI was OK.  I'm still holding steady, which is actually good considering I
was bad last week.  I know the word for last week was "focus," ...
It's amazing...24 Oct 2006 16:27 GMT6
how quickly you get used to eating much less. I've only been doing this
for 4 weeks and tonight I went out for Indian food with my DH and ate
maybe 1/4 of my meal and I was completely stuffed. I was worried about
eating too much but apparently I didn't have to worry about it. I ...

I put on a pair of pants today that I hadn't worn for 3 weeks or

I'm posting two days late this week, but better than almost a week late like
last week was.  Not much to report this week, no loss, but no gain either -
stayed exactly the same.  Made it to yoga last night for a 1.5 hour class.
It felt great afterward and I was even able to do ...
An update on me...22 Oct 2006 19:33 GMT8

Staying motivated22 Oct 2006 14:54 GMT15
I started WW Jan. 2 of 2006.  Until July 31, I had lost 51 pounds (of a
desired 110 pounds total).  However, since August, I've gone back to my
old, very poosr eating habits.  I'm really afraid to weigh myself, as I
know I've gained some of the weight back since then.  Every time ...
Week 15...21 Oct 2006 15:53 GMT9
I thought this was week 14 but it is 15...I am down 20.8 lbs total (1.8
this week) and my mini-goal is 24 by next week.  Not sure I can make
it, but I'm gonna bust my butt trying! :)  For anyone who is just
starting, have faith - if you follow the plan you *will* lose weight.

My wife had one from years ago and after a move or two it is MIA.  As I
