| my tasty new discovery.. | 19 Oct 2006 19:05 GMT | 4 |
I was at Costco yesterday and saw some marinated artichoke hearts and started drooling. I had a look at the nutritional information and what do you know....only 1 point for 2 artichoke hearts! I was surprised as there is oil in the marinade. I cooked 2 up this morning with ...

I've been catching up reading posts... and though I don't have time to respond to everything, I wanted to point something out. This group is a heck of a great place to be. I'm reading "reports" from pretty much everybody, and I am soooo impressed by everybody's success, not

Yippidee! Lost 1.0 pound this week, and I was weighed in AFTER dinner, with my bladder full and my breast full of milk (although my son is almost weaned now, I get these milky bursts once in a while... and one right before hitting the scale!)

DH's work schedule is sane again, and mine is pretty much gone... so it seems that FINALLY there's sanity in my house. I have time to plan, to cook, to work out (when I'm not hurt) and I'm enjoying "doing my thing"... rather than "I have to do this and it sucks"
