I'm new to this support group. I am 5'4", and weigh 175 lbs (OUCH!). I joined WW last year and managed to get down to 160, but for some dumb reason I got off and the weight just kept adding up until I reached rock bottom again.

I actually joined WW only last week but was doing the flex plan for about a week prior to that. When I first stepped on the scale at home I weighed in at 184 pounds. This morning those same scales read 170!! I'm going to knock 3 off of that as the scales aren't terribly reliable ...
