Ive been dieting for about 6 weeks and have lost about 11lb. Only thing now is that my weight seems to vary by as much as 5lb from day to day! Whats going on, I still think im losing weight, my clothes feel looser. BTW im about 8lb off my target weight

oh well up 1.4 again, I simply didn't eat enough or right, I am aware of this, I had about 15 wpa left and that was too much for last week, this week it is still 12, and I am going to eat them today, and also try and eat a couple a day during the week to get rid of this overage, ...

Well, after last week's gain I'm down 0.2 lbs. At least it's down this time. A small Yay! I have discovered the joy of 0 point soup. I put off making it for a long time because I'm not a big cabbage fan. But cabbage was on sale this week

Hey everyone, Hope you had a great week. My weigh in was today (Sunday), I lost 4.3 this week, making a total 9.3 since joining 3 weeks ago. I walked away from my meeting with my first goldstar/ribbon.
