I saw in another thread somebody mentioned "WW bread".  I've never seen
this before.  It's not available at my meeting either.  How many points
per slice is it?

Does anybody know of tasty, low point value crackers for soups?  I have
always had the white saltines which do not really have any fiber in
them.

Hello I was hoping I could join your group. I joined WW last week but
was actually doing the diet for a week prior to that. I was pleasantly
surprised by how easy it is. I think I was just ready to do it and I am

Ive been dieting for about 6 weeks and have lost about 11lb. Only thing
now is that my weight seems to vary by as much as 5lb from day to day!
Whats going on, I still think im losing weight, my clothes feel looser.
BTW im about 8lb off my target weight

oh well up 1.4 again, I simply didn't eat enough or right, I am aware of
this, I had about 15 wpa left and that was too much for last week, this week
it is still 12, and I am going to eat them today, and also try and eat a
couple a day during the week to get rid of this overage, ...

Well, after last week's gain I'm down 0.2 lbs.  At least it's down this
time.  A small Yay!
I have discovered the joy of 0 point soup.  I put off making it for a long
time because I'm not a big cabbage fan.  But cabbage was on sale this week

Does anyone  know how many points you would get for 75 minutes of yoga...I
found it pretty strenuous, but really don't know whether to count it as
light or moderate exercise since it wasn't cardio...

Went shopping today.
Bought CHOCOLATE coloured shoes to go with my CHOCOLATE coloured clothes
that I'm making!  I've lost so much weight that I now own TWO pairs of

Had another gain last week :(...........0.8 lbs which means I've gone up 1.4
lbs over the last 2 weeks.
