We worked out today, as planned, did cardio. I sucked at it today, but 3rd day in a row and it's the first week back so I'm not worried. We did upper body weights, and lower body weights, one set of each exercise. I upped my weights a little since we were doing only one set.

Recently moved to HCMC, and would love to know where I can buy protein powders, as used by body builders and vegetarians. Any vegetable protein ie soy, whey, rice, pea - although whey is preferred, ideally flavoured for mixing with soya milk or water.

Went to the gym again this morning, we did cardio only since we did Core training along with lower body yesterday. We went a little later today, and it worked just fine, we came in "in between the two "crowds" so we could have machines right away!
