That I made the right choice, slowing down on WW, now I actually have time
to study, clean the house, work out, prepare food and even play with the

We worked out today, as planned, did cardio. I sucked at it today, but 3rd
day in a row and it's the first week back so I'm not worried. We did upper
body weights, and lower body weights, one set of each exercise. I upped my
weights a little since we were doing only one set.

Well, my birthday was last Thursday.  I had a terrible time with it.
Multiple groups made cakes for me.  3 in total.  Then we went to visit
some relatives on the coast and they're not very careful about what

I do believe this marks the longest period of time I've ever stuck to an
weight loss plan.  Not that I've been perfect...  This week at weigh in I
saw a 0.6 lb gain.  My first gain.  I'm not all that upset about it, though.

Recently moved to HCMC, and would love to know where I can buy protein
powders, as used by body builders and vegetarians.
Any vegetable protein ie soy, whey, rice, pea - although whey is
preferred, ideally flavoured for mixing with soya milk or water.

Went to the gym again this morning, we did cardio only since we did Core
training along with lower body yesterday.
We went a little later today, and it worked just fine, we came in "in
between the two "crowds" so we could have machines right away!

Up 0.6 this week.  Not discouraged.  I had been weighing in only in shorts
all summer and today was the day I made the switch to long pants.  I think
that had something to do with it.

Lost: 5.4 lbs
I used all of my points, drank my water, followed most of the healthy
guide lines.  I miss on the oils.
Overall I feel pretty good.

I shall just have to be a bit more on points this week, and see if I can
