I've recently started to train for a marathon.  I have a watch that
calculates the calories burned during my daily runs, and yesterday it
said I burned 2100 calories in 2.5 hours of running.  I'm at a loss as
to how to figure this amount of calories into my daily Weight Watcher's

eyes, evil head pain, nose that feels like a bridge fell on it, and
nasal passages that feel like someone took a flame thrower to them.

getting a bit discouraged last week when my weight was ...

mix in mashed banana)
Just the Oatmeal is 150 cal. The only ingredient is "Oats".

Want To Stop Over Training In The Gym22 Nov 2006 14:43 GMT2
