I don't consider Applebees to be very remarkable for food but a friend wants to meet there tonight for happy hour and half priced appetizers. I scoped out the menu and see a WW onion soup for 3 points which I could enjoy....but anyone have any ideas of what the point values are ...

I've recently started to train for a marathon. I have a watch that calculates the calories burned during my daily runs, and yesterday it said I burned 2100 calories in 2.5 hours of running. I'm at a loss as to how to figure this amount of calories into my daily Weight Watcher's

Took a sicky, I'm afraid. Sinus infection has got to the point of gummy eyes, evil head pain, nose that feels like a bridge fell on it, and nasal passages that feel like someone took a flame thrower to them. Quack has prescribes amoxycillin and eye drops. That should soon bang

I have very very high cholesterol, and had lost 23 pounds. It brought cholesterol down a bit. Then I gained 7 pounds back, and now my cholesterol is way up again. Can 7 pounds make a difference in cholesterol. I'm on Lipidil for about 5 months, but it hasn't brought

I've been eating plain Quaker Oatmeal for a while, as part of my breakfast. (I sweeten it with either a tiny bit of splenda, or i'll mix in mashed banana) Just the Oatmeal is 150 cal. The only ingredient is "Oats".

Let me tell you a quick story, twenty years ago I was very influenced by the bodybuilders and the training systems of the day. Hitting the weights five or six times a week, splitting upper and lower body workouts and working out twice a day was seen as normal.
