Just wanted everyone to know that at last weeks weigh-in, I hit -100.6 lbs.
gone! One day before thanksgiving, thank goodness. Actually, it fueled my
resolve to be good over the holidays. I started a new gym class on Monday to
get ready for the next "phase." Thanks for letting me ...

I work out early in the morning, and this morning I'm doing my thing,
lifting weights.
There's this guy who's always there with his trainer, we often comments and
make jokes, you know... like "look at her, she'll drop it I bet!" and stuff

pepperettes, chocolate, starburst candies.............a few here, a few

In the line of "things that broke this week" add the router... so my laptop
is offline and the computer is upstairs in the cold room... soooo I might
not be around too much for a while...

well I was right, I didn't lose anything.... well at least I am saying I
stayed the same, I didn't go to the WW meeting.  we lost our power at 11:30
on Thursday night and just got it back at 5:00 on Saturday afternoon, I
didn't want to go without washing my hair and had no means to ...

We decided not to go anywhere my husband and I for the holidays. Mainly, we
can't afford it, but also, I have this exam to get ready for and after that
I NEED time off.. As I work meeting, and hear people explain what a pain
their family's food pushers are, and how stressful it ...

While I don't agree with the "painful" aspects of the ultra hard training
and I reserve my happiness of weight lost by the contestants with wondering
if they follow up people from the show to see if they maintain, I am
hopelessly addicted to this show.
