Preventing stomach damage30 Jan 2007 23:50 GMT3
My problem is as follows:
I cannot resist following any kind of diet... The only way I can loose
weight is by eating _very_ little. Yet still, by eating very little
(only a few bites of food per day) I heard that I can easily damage my
My friend lost 10lbs in 2 weeks30 Jan 2007 06:15 GMT1
My friend just lost 10lb in 2 weeks, and that is just the start - she said.
The key to her success was to lose body fat without reducing her lean muscle mass.  This is achievable by eating enough protein as this keeps your metabolism revved up.  Every pound of lean tissue burns 14 ...
Time to come back to the group30 Jan 2007 03:34 GMT5
I've been away from the group for about a year. I've been lurking for a
couple of weeks and just trying to find the time to post again. I see some
familiar names from the last time I was here: Willow, Lee, Doug, Kate to
name a few. Everyone seems to be making great progress. ...

After the .8 pound gain last week ... I lost 2 pounds this week.
I have lost almost 9 lbs so far.  W/O it being too difficult.  My Husband
had a slight gain this week (no time for the gym) so his total is 10 pounds.

Hello...28 Jan 2007 07:06 GMT6
Hi, I've just joined weight watchers last weekend, my sister in law paid for
the membership! she totally rocks...
I have been dragged to and from weight programs since I was a child and even
when I was 'normal' weight... so I've never felt good about myself until
week 22328 Jan 2007 07:02 GMT4
I decided to go to WI early as it seemed more logical to since 2 weeks had
passed and if I return to the regular Saturday meeting that will be about
the same amount of time so a bit more accurate.  I lost .4 in the 2 weeks so
not at all bad considering the travel and different foods ...

Sometimes when you post, you may think there aren't a lot of "listeners"
but I remember your fitness challenges.  Today I wanted to walk 10,000
steps so I finally remembered to wear the pedometer today and I actually
had more than 11,000.  I'm going to take it with me on my trip ...
