I'm sure this question has been asked.. But: Does it really work?27 Feb 2007 23:59 GMT29
Okay.. So I started the WW diet yesterday..
I consumed 18 points and felt so full I could not eat another bite..
Which was great, really.
I weighed and measured myself, and kept track of everything I ate
meal planning27 Feb 2007 23:41 GMT18
I've been thinking that in order for me to increase my chances of success on
ww - meal planning might be in order... especially for dinner.  I'm going to
make a zero point soup (i should find some if I google) but will need to
think out dinner plans. I'm fine with making salad to ...

In december I was told that I would have to restart my credential
application from 0 again... I was DEVASTATED... The lady I talked to wanted
to cancel my application (cause it was SURE to be refused) and to start
again.. and in a moment of frustration about being given wrong ...

Happy Valentines Day to all.
Today I'm so grateful I don't like chocolate.  DGS and DD each got a
ton.
Linda J. snowed in for at least today.
Little bit about me...27 Feb 2007 23:00 GMT9
I was an active member of the group about three years ago and, with
the support of the Group and attending meetings, I lost 80 lbs.  There
have been ups and downs over the years but not as bad as this.  I'm
recuperating from a three-month illness and my weight soared by 27 lbs

I completely missed my ww meeting yesterday, but I don't feel guilty,
although I'm positive I did gain weight with worry this week... been
stressful, however I am going back on track today...
counting now... one chocolate bar, 7 pts.

WW Meeting26 Feb 2007 21:39 GMT22
I'm bummed.  Today I will miss my first meeting in 8 wks.  I have never done
anything for 8 wks!  And even though my progress is slow ... it's progress.
There is about 3 1/2 feet of snow on the ground ... but that isn't the
problem.  It has more to do w/ my van not starting.
Perfectionism25 Feb 2007 23:22 GMT6
This week the topic was about being a perfectionism and how it leads to a
"All or Nothing" mentality and negative self talk.
I connect to that topic.. I am very hard on myself and hit myself hard when
I step aside only a little..

I'm thinking about joining weight watchers online....24 Feb 2007 17:18 GMT6
Has anyone ever tried the online version?  I need to lose a lot of
weight and was wondering how good it was.
I have never been on a diet before and have heard good things about
WW, but not interested in meetings due to heavy work schedule.

I lost 2 lbs :-)  I'll take it - but I know that when I went last week, I
was wearing much heavier (think snow) shoes.  This week - I'm going to aim
for more water and better meal planning.

losing quite a bit of weight I now try and make every food decision the best
possible...I often eat out and have no problem making any meal
compatible...But if I want to stop at a 7-11 or similar market I ...
