| week 225 | 11 Feb 2007 22:54 GMT | 4 |
Not as good as I would have liked but officially I lost .8 so at least its down some. I woke up and drank two huge cups of coffee before I realized that it was WW day so I am really good with this loss. The meeting was great and we did a bunch of errands and shopping, as I was ...

| Advair & weight gain? | 09 Feb 2007 15:42 GMT | 1 |
Just got back from the dr. who put me on Advair for early pneumonia. I know it contains a steroid. Should I expect weight gain with this? I think I've lost 3 lbs. just by coughing . . . Thanks!

| Alternative to Written Food Journal | 09 Feb 2007 14:20 GMT | 4 |
I read something funny and thought I would see what the reaction would be... I was reading about a woman who had a hard time writing down her food intake (the usual delights - underestimating, forgetting stuff, etc.)

| Hi | 09 Feb 2007 01:32 GMT | 13 |
I haven't been on here much in a while. I feel like such a failure. I haven't been to a meeting in 6 weeks. In the past 10 months, not only have I not managed to lose any more weight but I've put on about 10 of the 25 pounds I lost in the first 3 months I was a member. I just ...

| I feel like I am cheating! | 09 Feb 2007 01:28 GMT | 4 |
I was a little skeptical at first when I was told my daily points were 34, with nursing points included. So my first week I was thinking "there's no way I can lose too much even if I count my points religiously if I eat ice cream, or a burger, or drink Starbucks". Sure enough, 4 ...

Mythology. A bird in Egyptian mythology that lived in the desert for 500 years and then consumed itself by fire, later to rise renewed from its ashes. Yuppers thats me! It has been next to impossible to find the time to

| Feb 3 WI | 06 Feb 2007 18:15 GMT | 12 |
Down 1 pound. Yeah! Net for 2 weeks is -.4 which seems to be my normal rate of loss these days. My .6 gain 2 weeks ago was due to spending the week in Florida with my mother. Mom's caregiver had a family emergency in Maine to deal with and I was the only one available to step in on ...

| week 2 WI & intro | 06 Feb 2007 07:19 GMT | 24 |
I am a BF mom (my DD is now 9 months) that joined WW last week. My first WI was 183.2, and today for my second I was at 179! I get what seems to me an incredible amount of daily points, 34, plus the 35 flex! Good thing she enjoys nursing and doesn't bite me with any of

| Week 224 | 05 Feb 2007 21:50 GMT | 13 |
the scale say I am up 4 pounds. My legs and hands says I am retaining about six pounds of water. I feel like a sloshing stuffed sausage so I am not that worried. My sleep schedule food and general routine has been a mess because of our travel and work schedule. I have all of my ...

| WW SOTY | 04 Feb 2007 14:56 GMT | 7 |
The Australian WW SOTY has opened in Australia and we have until May to submit our entries. They choose the winner on a few factors, not the least being (I suspect) photogenic :)

| Newbie, well not so much LOL | 03 Feb 2007 09:17 GMT | 17 |
My first time posting to the group, I joined weight watchers here in Newfoundland, Canada about 2 yrs ago and had success, I started at 214 pounds, and I am now 170, and want to lose more. I am going back on points, but on my own because meetings are a little inconvenient for

| Diabetes and Weightwatchers | 03 Feb 2007 03:25 GMT | 25 |
I am a diabetic who needs to loose weight. I've chosen Weightwatchers to help me in the fight against the fat. However, I'm having trouble, especially in the morning, with what to eat. My sugar reading is usually high in the morning (175 or higher) and I know that once it gets ...
