I started WW on January 9, 2007. My weight keeps going up and down by five or more pounds some weeks. I have high BP that requires medication so I don't add any salt to my food and try to avoid canned, processed, or naturally salty foods.

Many of us are aware of the risks involved in buying medications from online pharmacies. They are cheap, yes. But, dont we often wonder if the tablets are real and contain what they supposed to have. Wouldn't it be great if you not only save money buying the meds cheap online

I hate drinking plain water, so I bought some of the sugar free drink packets to add flavor to the water. Question: On the drink packets' box it states that it is a soft drink mix. So, can I still count it as water or do I have to consider it as a drink?
