I enjoyed Easter weekend with abandon (get togethers Saturday and

Week 5 Over - Lost 208 Apr 2007 02:58 GMT5
Well five full weeks back on program for me. I lost 2 pounds this
week. I am now at 6.6 pounds lost total since I rejoined.
What I did right: Really buckled down on water consumption and ate
home cooked lunches a lot at work rather than buying everyday.

My weight had continued to just hover between 81 and 83.6 kg, and last

their online system, so I signed up to check it out. As people know, I
am not actually on WW - I am on my own calorie-and-exercise based diet

Several members at my meeting have been sharing new products, a nice way
not to invest in a lot of stuff you'll never use.  I've tried and liked
the Hostess mini cakes preferring the golden cake best but a new product
I think I like better are the Quaker mini delights
