New Accelerated Fat Burning Diet12 May 2007 14:33 GMT1
You are overweight for the most simple of reasons -- because you're
eating the wrong foods, the wrong types of calories per meal, and
you're also eating meals in the wrong patterns each day.
Think closely about what we're about to tell you, since it's going to

What do we do?
We teach people how to open up their own international business for a
little over $1,000.
But what do we really do?
Weigh Watchers Troll Salad.11 May 2007 08:43 GMT1
Fist catch your troll...  Bait a suitable newsgroup with a silly
message, and wait: when the troll appears, snare it quick by tangling it
in it's own rhetoric.  This is easy as most trolls are too daft to see a
trap when you set it.  leave it all snarled up in the corner behind ...

the WW scale said I am down 2.2 from my last WI and that is wonderful
considering illness and travel.  I am grateful to have WW, the meetings, my
DH and this group.  Everyone have a great week.  Lee
Still here - but only lurking09 May 2007 10:16 GMT33
It's been a while since I've posted.  I've been in a serious rut since
Christmas and unfortunately gained back 20 lbs of the 83 lbs I had
previously lost.  I've never stopped going to my meetings.
Quitting has never been, and will never be, an option for me, but in all
Went to a meeting Sat07 May 2007 19:58 GMT15
It's been months and I've gained back most of what I lost last year (my
fault because WW works when you follow it and I know that deep down) BUT I'm
still down a couple of pounds from where I was when I started WW and that is
about still about 36 pounds lighter than my heaviest ...
New here and need help06 May 2007 16:03 GMT15
Hi my name is Kimmy.  I started WW two days ago.  What am I doing
wrong?  I have been eating right for the last two days.  Yesterday
morning when I woke up and weighed myself, I didn't gain or lose
anything.  This morning when I woke up, I gained 2 pounds!  This
Week 9 - That Extra Weekend Gain Gone05 May 2007 03:54 GMT5
My ONLY goal for this past week was to work very hard at being good,
drinking my water, and hopefully eliminating the small gain last week
from that weekend out of town where I had far less control of my menu
than at home. I was very pleased to lose that 1.8 and and extra .2 for

Week 3 Weigh In!03 May 2007 23:44 GMT3
Well, this week was great!  I am down 3.6 lbs... however I know I can
attribute some of that to not wearing jeans to my weigh in.  : )  I'll have
to wear the skirt I wore last night to every future weigh in for sure ; )
Starting a new week today and hoping for continued success.  ...

The dilemma
The wife was "down"  for a long period of time with very little
exercise possible.
55yo, 5' 7 and now 240#, was down to 200#, used to be 180#.
I'm polish, how to find points?03 May 2007 23:33 GMT6
Hi, I was wondering how to count points for many polish foods I love.
I buy fresh kielbasa (several different sorts). How do I find the
points for that? Can I just use a general amount of points for each
sort? I buy them fresh from a butcher store. They are not packed or
Week 23603 May 2007 23:32 GMT14
DH is too ill to drive me to WW so on my home scale I am back down 2 pounds,
I am getting whatever DH currently has so I feel like that isn't a bad loss
considering.  I  hope you all have a great week and don't get whatever evil
this is we are getting.
