WI yesterday
I'm finaly down (after all things ARG) DH passed his first 5lbs down..
Sailing smoothly, with indian food last night (mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm)... back on
track today.. lunch ready (I'm subbing today) had a core breakfast.. worked

Great weekend...Walked 11 miles each day...Breakfast was  a cup of 4 grain
hot cereal with a light and fit smoothie...Lunch on Saturday was a turkey
6'' sub from subway...Dinner was Salad and a hamburger made from scratch
followed by a WW fudge bar and some walnuts...Lunch on ...

The day is just starting... but after a bad day yesterday (not too bad food

Here I go again.  I'm much more motivated this time.  I'm lookng to
lose 53#.  233# this morning.  Not my highest, 255#, but a lot.  Come

I start every morning with organic oats,...barley,...rye and wheat 1 cup
with a tablespoon of I can't believe it's butter light and some curry or
Splenda...Lunch was a taco salad with chicken no cheese or sour cream and

Yes I'm the one that started walking.  I doubt that I walk enough to
do me any good.  My arthritis gives me such pain that I have only been
able to do about one block at a time.  At first I started at 1/3 of a
mile but after a bit I stopped that because the pain was so bad all

Well, I've had a three week absense from the scale.  Doh.
Went on vacation, then came home from vacation and felt blah, and like I
still wanted to be on vacation, and thus, declined entirely on counting
points and on any portion control at all.
