down another .4 and just 3.2 from goal  Today's my birthday and I am
very happy where I am regarding my weight.  We are going to SF for the
weekend and I expect to have a good trip plus another loss next week.

...no it's a good thing.  A new all-time low weight.  Really I'm just
trying to maintain at this point but somehow I lost some.  I'm pretty
sure it's because of the warmer weather and I'm a lot more active
again.  Decreases boredom, increases caloric burn.  Yeah for Summer!
