Lean Cuisine Panini29 Jul 2007 00:31 GMT10

Surprising for a group that's all about weight loss, but these are the same

I did WW years ago but no longer have the books, and cannot afford to pay
for meetings or their website.  I just bought the starter books on Ebay, but
while I wait for the books, can someone please tell me how many daily points
I should allow for myself?  I don't know what you ...

How is everyone doing this week? Last night I made ratatouille from the
big WW cookbook.  We have half left over for this evening.  I walked
just 2 miles today but will make up for it the next few days.
Breakfast is the same:  one egg, one piece of double fiber wheat bread,

I lost 2.8 very pleased with that, just shows eventually, even with
challenges it comes off, and staying in this five/six pound range is still
better than continuing up, have a great week, Lee
