Well, the braces still hurt....yeah, yeah, yeah what else is new?
First week with "Curves" and wwers combo - I am down 2 pounds of the
holiday gain!  The "Curves" workout is not bad and it's kind of fun
having all those people there.  I still like my gym for "serious"

I found this book, Your Easiest Million, to be very helpful.  Getting
this changed how I look at money.  I am now saving money for the first
time in my life.  What an easy to follow program to set my finances
right.

When I was young and lean, I could eat anything I want and all I
want without gaining any additional weight. I didn't have to worry
about how many calories are in one cheeseburger or how much fat is in

It sucks.
He wasn't fired do to his weight, I'm 100% sure of that.
He is a great leader and WW has screwed up big time w/ getting rid of him
:(   Most of the other leaders at my center suck or are just stupid.
