Tonight I made the Trader Joe's chili lime chicken burgers that are 2 points each. They are 1/4 pound each so I added a lot of side dishes. sauteed tomatoes in garlic and vegetable broth with Swiss chard and a few teaspoons of olive oil

Go swimming first thing! I had a chuink of home made flapjack as an energy booster before hitting the pool, and then earned a good 4 points spending an hour swimming with my son. Then we went straight off to Knole House, where we picnicked in the park before exploring the house, ...

I have been on WW for about 9 months and have lost about 65 pounds. The last couple of months I have been plateauing and my blood pressure is ridiculously low. I went to the doctor and to a cardiologist and everything is normal... no physical problems, aside from the low bp.
