Yeah I know I only posted in here for the first time in ages last week, but
with this current attempt on the weightwatchers plan this is my 10th week.
Hope that clears up any confusion.

what do you use in place of bread, I normally use light bread 2 slices for
one point, but if there is something healthier... can't get much lower in
points, I would like to hear it... so far the flat out bread is the bread of

loss 1.4 so core is starting to kick in and I am getting better about having
the oil.  not eating enough on core and making myself have the oils are the
two areas I will work on this week, everybody have a great week, Lee

Anyone wish to share their stress-eating coping strategies? I have a
busy workload coming up and the urge to carbo-load and eat whatever is
handiest is likely to come with it. Thanks in advance for any input.

WI tonight. Only 1.5lbs on. Considering the week, I thought it would have
been a couple fo pounds at least. So not as bad as I thought. From the

Speaking with a lady this morning, she's followed my weightloss journey as I
see her every week. She commented that I was looking loads younger now I've
lost weight and that considering I'm in my thirties it must feel ...

Posted in here a few years back.  Possibly last year too.
Went back to WW for the third time at the end of July this year....8 weeks
later and I'm down 16 pounds, 1st stone gone and 12 lbs left to the next
one.  15 lbs to go to my first 10% goal.

I'm dealing with a cold bug this week and it's REALLY latched on, so I hope
the meds kick in and don't endanger my WI for next time.
BTW, I got a George Foreman Grill and it is wonderful to have on WW. Lots of
grilled meats and veggies to be had for not alot of points...yum!
