WW Week 146 10/2530 Oct 2007 21:10 GMT1
Well, there was a slight gain of .4 pounds. Was really bummed, so I went and
ate all my points for the day and most of my flex points. Now I have 6 days
left with only TARGET POINTS available. ;)
So far, my home scale shows a 2 pound loss since Thursday's WI so I hope to
WW Week 145 on 10/1826 Oct 2007 00:49 GMT3
Well, well, well.
The cruise was AWESOME and I brought back ALOT more than souvenirs. I did my
daily gym workout, but threw total caution to the wind and enjoyed the food.
I did watch it a bit, but not as much as I should have.

"french fries"25 Oct 2007 06:28 GMT10
I have tried repeatedly to make the oven-fried chips recipe and they
always come out NOT crisp.
ANy ideas?
Does the sort of potato matter? Would it help to soak them and drain
nasty little bunch21 Oct 2007 21:25 GMT4
I hadn't used a usenet news group in a long time because of the people
on them who seem to need to get a life and specialize in nastiness.  At
least when I use my wwer's message boards and yahoo group they are
moderated and assinine idiots like "Gary G" bet banned fast.
points21 Oct 2007 17:06 GMT19
I have a friend who cannot afford either meetings or online and I am
trying to help her out by giving her links to point lists, where to
print out the journal etc, but I can't figure out how to find her points
target.  She weighs 168 and is fairly sedentary (sits all day at her ...
pullet eggs20 Oct 2007 14:37 GMT1
At some point I need to get out of bed instead of lying here emailing!
I made a one-serving recipe for ww pancakes using a pullet egg, which is
perfect for one-person stuff.  I am going to weigh one later and get the
exact, but I have been counting them as 1 point.  They're lovely ...
food scale20 Oct 2007 01:44 GMT1
I just got the wwers food scale.  Love the thing.  Aside from the fact
that I cook from a lot of European recipes, which weigh out ingredients,
it is keeping me "kosher!"  I weighed all my food for dinner, which was
a favourite menu, and realized I had been eating twice the ...
one of those love/hate things20 Oct 2007 00:40 GMT3
You know, the "putting on muscle" thing.  Sigh.  I started back to the
gym this week (I had surgery and was wimping around here for about two
months since THAT was preceded by a ruptured lumbar disc.  ARE WE HAVING
FUN YET???) and hit the old muscle-weight thing.  I know it will ...
mini pavlovas19 Oct 2007 17:45 GMT1
This is with regular sugar.  It's still only three points.  I tried my
recipe again in the builder with the brown sugar and splenda mix and it
came out to 2 points.  If you make it with SPlenda, it comes out at 1.
I am going to try using my mini-brioche pans on these one of these ...
doez anyone have?19 Oct 2007 17:42 GMT2
a recipe for meringue cookies that is made with splendia and actually tastes
good?  Lee
just checking in19 Oct 2007 13:29 GMT4
I have just hit the 20-pounds-off mark.  I have about 25 to go.  I had
lost 34 about 5 years ago and have hovered around keeping it off, but I
porked up to 208 not too long ago and nearly had hysterics, so I got
back on wwers (online, I cannot STAND the meetings).  I have stuck ...
did you all get to goal and not tell me?19 Oct 2007 12:54 GMT4

How to loose Weight?18 Oct 2007 22:13 GMT1
Weight control is vital to being healthy as we all know. Most people
have a hard time with handling their weight due to a busy work week
or just not having enought time to focus on eating the right way. I
also had a few similar problems with eating the right stuff and
Activity points???18 Oct 2007 06:19 GMT5
I'm 183 lbs and I do a 60 minute high intensity aerobics class.  If my
calculations are right then I have earned 9 activity points for that day.  I'm
not complaining but that just seems so much.  Is that right?  Do I have to
eat them?  Is there a calculation/formula online?
