How many pts is a tsp of PB?18 Oct 2007 02:44 GMT8
I have a question.  A tablespoon of peanut butter is 2 pts & there are 3

So if I use only 1 teaspoon of peanut butter how many points is it?  I
calculated & I got 0.66pt.  Is that right?  Should I just round it off to 1
Anyone know of a good cookbook?17 Oct 2007 21:25 GMT7
I been found Harley Pasternak's book, five factor fitness, to be quite
useful (quick, easy, and effective), and the Body For Life by Bill Phillips
but I am thinking that it would be good to get a good diet book.
I have been using Access® Performance bars, (you eat one 15 minutes ...

I pulled out the good 0 point soup recipe a substitute leader gave us
last year.  It has a good mixture of vegetables though sometimes I just
substitute two bags of Trader Joe's frozen vegetables.  The key to
flavor is seasonings and herbs.  I am also making the taco bean soup

I am doing very good at not eating junk food now, I have learned that it is
better for me to skip the pasta/rice/ potatoes section every other day so I
can have a portion and a half.  I have switched to whole grain breads...
but I have learned that 3 points worth of wine is better ...

So, the day we left Dallas(9/22) to head to Galveston for the cruise, we
