I have been doing Core with some success. However, I feel that I may be better suited for Flex Points. I'll switch tomorrow and see what happens. Douglas

HOw does WW now calculate the number of points you get a day? Last I checked it had to do with age, gender, life style and current weight...can anyone supply the exact formula? Thanks.

Swam Friday night and this morning. 40 lengths each time... Not too bad after a 6 week gap! (WITH Christmas in it!) My joints feel oiled rather than less painful! Here's hoping there's a benefit on the scales or the tape measure come Thursday!

Hooray. I'm off the med's now & ready to continue. I still show a 4# loss for January. I measured my waist this morning and it was a whooping 50 inches. Off topic: I read a lot of newsgroups and was getting tons of spam.

Sorry for the late posting, BUT, I hit a new decade last week ....the 220's! I wasn't expecting it, but I have passed into the 220's by .8...barely in there, but THERE! It's been about 10 years since I've seen 220-anything and it feels GREAT!
