I know what to do, I know how to do it, I'm an "expert" in the plan.. and
I'm just not following it this week.
I'm a little peeved at myself (hum.. understatement here) but I'm not giving
up.

Started Weight Watchers two weeks ago.  Yesterday's weigh-in had me at -14.4
lb. total!!  Been lurking in the group for two weeks, and I'm glad you're
all here.
My questions is about Buffalo (Bison) meat.  At the supermarket today, I

lost 3.2  back on points and feeling much better, am not making the best
choices yet but am keeping in points and I guess as much as I like the
concept of core its just not for me, so I am trying to keep with more of
those foods but I just must count the points, everybody have a ...

I have been doing Core with some success.  However, I feel that I may
be better suited for Flex Points.  I'll switch tomorrow and see what
happens.

HOw does WW now calculate the number of points you get a day?
Last I checked it had to do with age, gender, life style and current
weight...can anyone supply the exact formula?

Swam Friday night and this morning.  40 lengths each time...  Not too
bad after a 6 week gap!  (WITH Christmas in it!)
My joints feel oiled rather than less painful!  Here's hoping there's a
benefit on the scales or the tape measure come Thursday!

Hooray.  I'm off the med's now & ready to continue.  I still show a 4#
loss for January.  I measured my waist this morning and it was a
whooping 50 inches.

Which is fine, given that I had a day in London and could only make
choices to the tune of the healthiest option available, probably didn't
drink enough, and still haven't got back to swimming.

I wasn't expecting it, but I have passed into the 220's by .8...barely in
there, but THERE!
It's been about 10 years since I've seen 220-anything and it feels GREAT!
