up .6 not bad for a travel week, not quite as much water as I want and some
exercise, but had more walking the middle of the week so didn't worry too

Anyone here on a medication that makes it hard to lose weight?
I am on Seroquel,Lamictal,and Xanax.
I don't take the Xanax everyday.

After the weekend of mad exercise (two swims and a walk: 16 points in 3
days) and several days of not being well, I lost five whole pounds!  So
I will probably bounce up again next week.  The trick will be not to
bounce too far...

The last two have NOT been good.

I tried the WW point counting system and plateau BEFORE reaching my
goal and no matter what I did the weight DID NOT come off or stay
off.  What you need to do is stop counting everything and CHANGE YOUR

I am keeping up with drinking my water and writing down stuff in my food
journal, also have done most of my stretching exercises for Sunday and
Monday, these are small things but they are things that have gotten away
from me and they are things I want as part of my lifestyle style ...
