Has anyone here stuck like glue to the points plan and not lost any weight at all? Not gained, but not lost either. I've been on it for two weeks now and have stayed the same as my initial weight in.

I have noticed something odd about digital scales. I have a Taylor scale (5578) and until my weight changes by 1.4 pounds it shows the old reading. For example, if my first weighting shows 200.0 pounds then the scale will report 200.0 pounds day after day until my weight becomes ...

Up a pund on Thursday... Catch-up from the bank holiday excesses, I think. But I'm working on it! Swimming last night: 70 lengths (indoors, so 1750m) in an hour last night, and another 56 in the outdoor pool (so about the same distance) this morning. Back in the outdoor pool

Lost 6 pounds in April. I'm happy with that. I try and lose at least 1 pound a week.
