Has anyone here stuck like glue to the points plan and not lost any weight
at all?  Not gained, but not lost either.
I've been on it for two weeks now and have stayed the same as my initial
weight in.

I made it to WI and shocking, when you follow the program you lose, 3 pounds

I have noticed something odd about digital scales.  I have a Taylor scale
(5578) and until my weight changes by 1.4 pounds it shows the old reading.
For example, if my first weighting shows 200.0 pounds then the scale will
report 200.0 pounds day after day until my weight becomes ...

Up a pund on Thursday...  Catch-up from the bank holiday excesses, I think.
But I'm working on it!  Swimming last night: 70 lengths (indoors, so
1750m) in an hour last night, and another 56 in the outdoor pool (so
about the same distance) this morning.  Back in the outdoor pool

OK, so it *is* only Sunday, but...
Friday: earned 8 points swimming (80 lengths in 70 minutes), made good
meal choices, ate 20 points.  daily allowance is 18, so ate 2 of that
crowd of exercise points and banked six...

did great made it to the meeting, lost 2 pounds, and this week's NSV, I
bought Krispy Kreme doughnuts and froze half of them they are still in

Catching up a bit here...
In the past two months the washer, my computer, the dishwasher, the
coffee filter machine, and the toaster have all failed.  Some tried to
set fire to their surroundings, some flooded them, one tried both!  I

Got away with ot this time, but I'll need to be careful!
We had a Bank Holiday - Mayday Bank Holiday...  This means Rochester
fills up with morris dancers, beer, singing and dancing in the streets,
and we fill up with guests for the weekent, necessitation an influx of

Lost 6 pounds in April.  I'm happy with that. I try and lose at least
1 pound a week.
