Are there any legal products for improving athletes’ performance?31 Jan 2009 04:25 GMT2
I am an athlete and have been preparing myself for a competition - m
specialty is the 400 metres. I am a little overweight, which causes m
to become tired around the 250m mark and drop off the pace. Are ther
any products that can help increase my stamina - legally? Your guidanc

So... how is it going?
How's your activity routine holding up? Mine went down the drain. Today is
day 1 of getting my behind in gear, busting up excuses and DOING IT.
Sooo I'll be lifting weights today, and either walking, swimming or skating,

I went to weigh-in tonight.....not my normal night
-1.2 more lbs lost for a total of 2.6 for the month!
I have 3 workouts for the week, I will go workout on Friday and figure
something out for the weekend. YES YES YES I hope everyone has had  a

Down a WHOLE FIVE AND A HALF POUNDS at weigh-in last night!  See me
dancin'!  :D
OK, so most of it was water, but me legs now bend in the middle again,
and I did go swimming twice.  This week I've also earned activity points

Yesterday was a little slippery, and I almost lost my way, but I caught
myself. Wrote it down, counted it, started new today. Here we go!
I need to move, but I guess I'm not recovered as much as I thought. I get
dizzy with physical effort. I'm still planning on stopping by the gym ...

Ok, I weighed at 145.4 lbs this morning. That's 2.8 down from last week.
Activity:
Before work I went for a 30 minutes swim. 1 AP
Not huge, but I was very sick all week so it's a good start for me.

First day of the new start.  Last night I weighed in at 11st 10.5lbs.
I'd like to get down to 10st.
I've planned the menu for the week, the shopping is done, and so far the
day has gone well.  Mind you. I'm busy at the moment, and it's easier to

The Eagles just made it to the wildcard position and rallied in the last
game.
and the Phils won this year.  They made wild card the previous year.
If the Eagles don't win this year could this pattern hold and they might win
