Tonight's dinner.  Feeds four.
2 large chicken breasts (3 points each) chopped into chunks
1 can chickpeas in salted water, drained and rinsed (4 points)
1 large Spanish onion, chopped into chunks () points from here down to

I made this up for dinner.
1 16 oz bag frozen collard greens, thawed in microwave so you can mix it,
chopp into bite sized chuncks.
1 box frozen creamed spinach, we used the green giant one i think it is

Up .6 lbs last nite....could have been worse.....today was a new
day......I will do better,I will do better, I will do better.....I
think I believe now! :)

You can't get much easier than this!
Put frozen chicken breast into crock pot. Cover with salsa.
Cook for 7 or 8 hours, or until done.
The only points are for the chicken.
