Bit like a bungee jumper!  No sooner down than up again...  Upo two this
week for no decernable reason other than the water retention.  It's a
bugger...
Still, new week, new start, and for the first two days I'm doing OK.

Five years ago I lost 30 pounds (with no program) in 5 weeks, just by
reducing portions.  Of course I then quit and put the weight back on.

stayed the same this week, but that is fine, have had several weeks of
losing, and usually i lose for 2 weeks then gain so i am ahead, everyone

I went to work out today and decided to get weighed and
measured......since Jan 7 I have lost 6.75 in, 6.2 lbs and 4.31 body
fat lbs AND my BMI went from 36.04 to 35.04. WHOO HOO!!!! I workout at
Curves and I love it! Have a wonderful week everyone!  :)

Introducing myself. I beleive I will be starting my weight loss journey
tomorrow. I lost a boat load a few years back and haave started gainin. I
need to nip it in the bud!

I am looking for snack ideas that are zero to very few points. They need to
be quick or make ahead.
I often throw veggies with chickem broth and garlic into a pot. Simmer.
Puree. Reheat and drink. I make it ahead and keep it on hand.

Been doing various types of dieting for about 5 or 6 years, losing a few
kilos, regaining a few kilos, etc. (I do body-building, too, with the same
gain a few kilos of muscle, then lose a few kilos of muscle... So, it's

Back to WW on Thursday for WI...  Up another bit.  I'm back to 11st
11lbs: not good... SOME is the water retention, some lack of exercise,
and some, inevitably, eating more than I should.  I didn't plan properly

Wow! I went to wi last night and expected to have gained something,as
my pants were fitting pretty snug, I almost fell off the scale with a
1.2 lb loss! I don't know what happened to the jeans but I was
surprised to say the least. I managed to track every day, so I knew I

didn't go, when i got up I got violently ill, so we will say the same, but i
do think i lost... still can't excercise like i want but am definitely on
the mend,
