Bit like a bungee jumper! No sooner down than up again... Upo two this week for no decernable reason other than the water retention. It's a bugger... Still, new week, new start, and for the first two days I'm doing OK.

I went to work out today and decided to get weighed and measured......since Jan 7 I have lost 6.75 in, 6.2 lbs and 4.31 body fat lbs AND my BMI went from 36.04 to 35.04. WHOO HOO!!!! I workout at Curves and I love it! Have a wonderful week everyone! :)

I am looking for snack ideas that are zero to very few points. They need to be quick or make ahead. I often throw veggies with chickem broth and garlic into a pot. Simmer. Puree. Reheat and drink. I make it ahead and keep it on hand.
