Started at 281 and then lost 26 pounds in about 3 weeks.  Was never really
starved or obcessed about food.  Sort of enjoyed the program.  Gave away a
few hundred dollars worth of 'program unfit' groceries and emtied my pantry.
Now I have hundreds of dollars invested in cookware ...

Hi! My name is Mandy and I was thinking of joining the online weight
watchers program but, was wondering if someone could tell me if this
program is easy enough to maintain in the long run? Also, is it safe

I overslept, i was just too wound up after attending a funeral to get decent

The "Filling Foods" soups list includes a great variety of soups such
as lentil soup, black bean soup, borscht, split pea, vegetable soup,
etc.
But in the soups header it also says, "made with filling foods only."

As I mentioned, I recently tried the free online WW trial and have a
current copy of the "Filling Foods" list and the current "Momentum"
plan and its "Simply Filling" variation.
