I managed even with this hidious heat index to get to my regular meeting, I
lost 3 pounds, so i only have .4 of this last gain to get rid of, it has
once again been hidiously hot here, so i have been drinking more water and
lemonade, but exercise is almost too much to contemplate ...

Friday worked.  Ate properly, went swimming, used one execise point of
the 6.5 I earned.
Saturday - Bleah!  Not so good.  Stayed up WAAAAAY too late trying to
complete something, and ended up eating the remaining exercise points

Planned all the meals.  Stayed pretty much on plan, but swapped a few
meals round for convenience...
Ate more fruit and veg.
Swam three times - so three miles!

This morning I got up extra early to prepare our bento lunches to make sure
my husband wouldn't leave late. He's been leaving at 7:20-7:30 instead of 7.
Now 7 is the time "he" decided he needs to leave. His boss doesn't even know
when he comes in...

The end of the week fell to bits when I discovered that the seafood
risotto planned for Wednesday couldn't happen because we didn't have any
of the seafood mix.  Ended up having Ikea meaballs instead.  Oh, well,
we has the risotto yeasterday nstead, and I ended the week just ...

Swam twice on Friday and again yesterday.  Stayed within points and had
yummy food (lots of fish!  And bushels of salad!).
Got to keep up the momentum...  I feel quite positive for now.

My WW week starts on Friday, for historic reasons.
OK, the week I decide to get back on course and do this thing PROPERLY,
Little Sis has mum down to stay, and they want to take me to a gourmet
pub for lunch.  Doesn't sound good...

My top "weight range" is 150 lbs.
I been at or around 145 for ever it seems. I'll go down to 143, then back
up.. up to 147 and back down...
This morning 141.6. I'm motivated, I'm tracking, I'm doing good. I will KEEP

Looks like I have stayed on points today!  I've been a couple or three
over most days this last week, and less exercise than expected.  Still
my WW week ends tomorrow, and Friday starts a new one with TWO lots of
swimming!
