I managed to stick with it pretty well yesterday (my first day back
properly on the program), and as of this morning am down by 3/4lb!  I
know, I know...  But it's encouraging.
Meals are planned and I am busy...  :)

i made W I, up .4 lb which i attribute to salt intake, i have been making
better choices but more salt than usual, better on water but still no decent
exercise and a bit of car time which makes me swell.  still stressed over
the cat and his treatment, but he is getting stablized ...

Lamb chops given a rub with harrissa and baked on a bed of vegetables
(onion, fennel, bell peppers, tomatoes, whole garlic cloves,
mushrooms... ), served with baby roast potatoes done with garlic and herbs.

was better on choices, i didn't make wi because of work deadlines, but i
made better choices and got it on my tape but not in the journal...water was
better but exercise sucked.
i am so blasted stressed over the cat, he isn't responding to treatment like

so i made it to W I and it was a horrifying experience. in the space of 3
weeks i gained 9.2 pounds. I have not been trakking, drinking water,
exercising or making good food choices, so now at precisely 8:00 AM this
morning i will start points and trakking again.  DH put my ...

i had planned to not go to W I  this sat because of a family reunion and a
george Jones concert, so that was fine, but food greeted me everywhere, so i
am trying to get back on track so far no luck, Lee, working at it.
