Hi, people. It's hard to read actual messages here amongst the spam clutter isn't it! I'm just checking in. I'm afraid my diet has been going nowhere since I last checked in. I can't seem to get back in the groove this time.

Is anyone following the Momentum Program and if you are what do you think of it? What's the difference between this plan and the Points Plan or Flex? Nice to see you all still here, but disappointed that there is soooo much

it is not going well at all lots of life crap but i think i am getting to grips with it, last but not worst is while going into the hospital to visit my mom i twisted my foot but good, pulled tendons in my toes no kidding, hurts a lot, and can't move much,... oh well i am NOT ...

no wi but i will say the same for this week, did pretty good on food choices until last night, and did decently on the journal but not as good as i wanted. some but not much exercise. Lee
