i lost 3.6 this week, told you i shivverred it off.  also my foot is getting
enough better i am able to actually move around long enough to do simple
household things and stand up for a while.  I am sure it is going to be slow
going to get the gained weight off but it really is ...

Well, I have been VERY good about tracking EVERYTHING for the last 4
weeks, I've logged into e-tools also, worked out 5 days a
week...........I lost 2.2 lbs this week, and 6 lbs for Jan!!!!!!!  I
belong to Curves also and was measured yesterday......the biggest loss

dh felt bad so i didn't go.  i can honestly say that i tracked better and i
made better choices and i think i lost a bit, clothes are fitting better so
the week was a success, did a few exercises and foot is mending nicely if
still a bit sore,

Several years ago I belonged to WW and their plan then was the point
system.....everything you ate had so many points and at the end of the
day you were only allowed so many points....
Since then I understand they have changed their program several times.

WeightWatchers type diets are a Godsend.
         After being 275 pounds with a 48 inch waist I got down to 186
about Sept 2009.  I started Apr 2009.  I did not start with the standard WW
diet but I later used their point system.  I started out with a crash diet

i went sat and gained so much i don't even want to write it down... am not
getting the journalling done, am makeing a bit better choices, but still not

I've been searching for a Weight Watchers recipe I had in the 70's and

Wi tonight didn't change.....didn't lose, but didn't gain either. If I
get my act together and lose some weight, I could maintain. But first
