I had my second weigh in and I lost 1 lb.  Oh, my goodness.  After the
buffet and no exercise, I consider the one lb as a victory because I
thought I had gained but went to the weigh in anyway.  This time I
want to be accountable.  I will track everything this week and

Haven't made a meeting in three weeks!  I have brides circling the
cutting table in holding patterns, so also for the third week running, I
am WORKING on Sunday morning rather than swimming!
I AM trying to be careful.  Had the day off (but didn't go made exactly

DH got home very late and i was sure he would be too tired to get up and
drive me so i wll just keep on, I feel as though i have lost a little and am
in points and water consumption, exercises and vitamins are areas to work
on, its just almost too hot for either right now, Lee,

Hi, I just came back to WW after a long absence.  I feel confident
that I will once again be at goal and be the healthy person I want to
be.

made it to ww for weigh in, lost .6 but didn't stay for meeting as i met
sister in stl for dinner before she got daughter #2 from airport, have a

worked late  and too hot yesteray so woke up late, did great on points so no
worries, really getting back on track with food choices and points and
water, exercises and wi need work, good luck this week,
