i have been gone since aug 10 because our house burnt down and we have been
dealing with all of that, a dear friend sent me a computer, and i am slowly
but surely reinstalling news groups.
as to weight, i haven't done WI since then, i just can't deal with it all

Another 2.2 pounds gone!  In all I have lost 7.6 pounds since June.
That does not sound like a lot of weight but it is more than a 5 lb
bag of potatoes.  Since I have lost most of this on my stomach, I am
feeling lighter these days.

After a week of dealing with computer problems, printer problems and
attending a bridal shower for my future daughter in law, I am down
1.4!  I just kept on tracking and never lost sight of the fact that I
want to be healthy.
