Opinions on Healthrider indoor "bike"28 Jul 2003 21:52 GMT5
I have a 10 year old HealthRider and used to use it until I heard
people criticizing that type of machine so I went on to using
elliptical machines and other such equipment.
Was wondering what people are saying about the HealthRider these days?

I heard that they sell DHEA at walmart but could not find it. What is
the brand for it and in which aisle should I look?

I am a 55 year old male who is 6'2" tall  and weigh about 212 lbs.. I
consider myself to be in good shape .
I do about 50 minutes or more of aerobic activity at least 4 times a
week and I do weights about twice a week.  For some strange reason over
About slimming pills23 Jul 2003 12:48 GMT6
I am just wondering if you have ever heard of Slim 10 pills, which have
caused deaths before. It caused liver failures.
There are so many slimming pills with different brands out there, and like
you all probably know, those pills that have mahuang, ephederine, fenphen,

Wanted: Ephedra sources16 Jul 2003 21:36 GMT3
The price comparison list at DrumLib (
http://drumlib.com/supp/prod/ephedra_02.htm ) is becoming quite out of
date, In particular, ProLab's ThermaPro (with Ma Huang extract in a
proper ECA stack ratio) is no longer available at either source listed.
Hollywood 48-hour Miracle Diet09 Jul 2003 13:31 GMT3
Do not waste your money on this garbage.  Before you do, take ten minutes
and read about juice and diets on the internet, using the search engine of
your choice.  You can save ten to fifteen dollars by just drinking normal
fruit juices for two days and taking the same vitamins you ...
What makes people REGAIN weight after weight loss?08 Jul 2003 16:18 GMT10
Do they just decide to get off the diet? Or what?
My goal is get down to, say, 185 lbs, and then not get above 190. If I
find myself weighing 191 lbs, that woudl constitute an emergency to
me. Is that reasonable? I would also continue walking.

best?

Suggestions for my obese nephew08 Jul 2003 09:41 GMT3
My 15 yr old nephew Josh is visiting for a week with his mom.  Josh is
5' 6" and 210 lbs.  He like to sit and play video games or read.
About the only time he gets up is to eat or go to the bathroom.  His
mom is all for him losing weight, but with no success.  Any
What works?08 Jul 2003 07:02 GMT11
In a quest to drop the spare tire, I've taken to walking about fifteen
minutes a day carrying two 10kg weights. I walk quickly, and can feel my
heart thumping away, so I know I'm at least getting a good aerobic
workout.
Chocolate Attack08 Jul 2003 00:29 GMT3
I'm thankfully not a chocoholic, but I do get a rare craving for chocolate
now and then. Several months can go by and I'm perfectly happy to ignore it,
but last night, I had a big attack. I haven't eaten any candy since I
started on my diet six months ago. I decided to eat one ...
The Iranian Twins07 Jul 2003 22:34 GMT3
How did those conjoined  Iranian twins get weighed? Did they argue over
who was causing the tilt? Did they use a tape measure?  Did they both
stand perfectly still or did one try to jiggle the scale? Was the
weight of one influenced vy what the other ate or were their
