I suspect this is pure wishful thinking, but does anyone else think that deep tissue massage is good for fat loss? I'm pretty sore from two weeks on a new weight-lifting regimen and decided to go get a massage last night.

I know that these things can get quite complex but "all things being equal" Are 2 separate 20 minute aerobic workouts daily as good as 1 40 minute aerobic workout daily ?

Nordic Walking requires 2 poles (like skis) and looks similar to cross-country skiing but it's on regular ground. I have read that it can increase cardiovascular workouts by 10-20% and add upper body strength.
