How much protein should I be trying to stick to each day with such a diet?
Any recommended foodstuffs?

I suspect this is pure wishful thinking, but does anyone else think that
deep tissue massage is good for fat loss?
I'm pretty sore from two weeks on a new weight-lifting regimen and decided
