Suger Busters Plan30 Nov 2003 14:34 GMT6
I'd like to hear from anyone that's tried the Sugar Busters Plan.  My doctor
has advised me to do this and I wondered if anyone here has had success with
it.  I'd like to also hear from people who tried it and didn't like it and
why.

Serious question, not meant as a flame.28 Nov 2003 23:21 GMT47
Ok, I have lowbody fat, always have. I noticed around 4-5 years ago that I
actually had to start eating right because my youthfull metabolism was
slowing down, (I'm 28 now). I work out and eat very well now, lots of
protein, whole grains, no refined sugar, get plenty of vitamins and
Why reporting weight loss is spam??28 Nov 2003 20:39 GMT2
Sorry i'm new here..
I keep seeing stuff about spam and reporting spammers so that peoples
websites get shut down.
Most of this stuff seems to attached to Herbalife emails.

I've lost a lot of weight last year (went from 260 to 195 pounds) and the
thing is I have a lot of loose fat and skin and I'm wondering how to get rid
of it. Anyone had that problem and solved it?
I'm thinking of buying a stationnary bike and doing that about 30 mins a day

my body comp28 Nov 2003 18:16 GMT3
Saw someone (maybe Wendy??) post about a site called mybodycomp.com  so I
went and entered my profile - and now I have a bunch of questions.  It says
my bf% is 73%  (UGH!) - does that mean that once you remove skeleton, organs
and various tendons and misc. stuff  - you're left with ...
Thanksgiving wishes and thanks28 Nov 2003 13:59 GMT2
At this time I'd like to say that I really am thankful for a lot of things
in my life, and there are some ASD things I am thankful for...
- The support of total strangers (some stranger than others) who really do
mean well and take time out of their busy lives to relate to others
Checking in before Turkey Day28 Nov 2003 02:58 GMT20
Well... it may not BE turkey day at my house. Given that there is no
temperatures marked on my oven dial and that I have never, ever cooked
a turkey before, and that George is working Thanksgiving Day
afternoon.... I'm not sure fixing turkey is on the agenda.
Happy Turkey Day!27 Nov 2003 20:47 GMT13
Well, as the saying goes...things get curiouser and curiouser...
I had a hard workout and climbing session last night and my knee was sore
throughout the night and today, so I'm taking it easy. Can't have a sore
knee if I'm going to ski this season.
Weird Stuff and Dieting27 Nov 2003 20:00 GMT6
Ugh, what an unattractive word. Bloating.
Every so often, I get sharp pains in the stomach and my stomach swells up
like a balloon. Very weird! It is kind of unpredictable, and maybe happens
every 2 or 3 weeks. Taking an Alka Seltzer relieves the pain.

Back to fitday27 Nov 2003 02:20 GMT5
Back fitday for me. This last week has been a really hectic one for me
and I have missed logging my intake 4 days in a row on fitday. So today
I am back to logging. I wonder though when I will be "safe" and not have
to journal every bite I take. Will I have to be well into ...
