Curves Update09 Nov 2003 04:27 GMT17
I haven't measured at Curves for almost two months.  I haven't been
concentrating on weight loss recently due to job stress and a terrible bout
of sinus infection and allergies that curtailed all activities for a couple
of weeks.  Tonight I decided to bite the bullet and do the ...

they are exactly what I was looking for. Pure chocolate without
sweeteners. The taste is absolutely not sweet but very chocolatey. It

Caliper measurement?09 Nov 2003 01:55 GMT8
I have a question for all of you who use calipers to measure fat percentage.
I'm not sure where to measure in the tummy area. If I measure on the side an
inch above my pelvic bone, my fat percentage is 24%. If I measure in the
middle, it's 28%. Where should I, or where do you all ...

Eating my words...I joined a gym!08 Nov 2003 20:10 GMT20
Many times I've said I'm not a gym-type person. The truth was, I never found
one that fit me.
I think I found one tonight. I've been wanting to learn how to rock climb
and do some mountaineering for a while. So I surfed for some info and found

hitting the bottom and bouncing back up08 Nov 2003 19:30 GMT167
Since I post my accomplishments I need to also report when I fail so that I
can maintain my status as a fallible human.  Due to a number of emotional
triggers that I choose not to get into publicly, I had myself quite a binge
late last night after DH went to bed.  As I got into it I ...
Clothing Sizes08 Nov 2003 19:21 GMT2
This is really more about body size than about clothing size, but I didn't
know how to say it.
Anyway, my whole life I've been one size (size 4-6) and now, I'm a 10-12 on
the top and an 8 on the bottom. Go figure. If I ever had a figure problem in

After dinner cravings08 Nov 2003 14:00 GMT8
I have a question-
I've been on almost any diet- and I know them just about inside out-
and I know that just about *any* diet works-- if you stick to it. In
my lifetime (51 years) I have lost 40lbs- 3 times.  I seem to have a
