I went on a 2 lbs diet in February 2002. Until July I gained 30 lbs despite following the diet religiously. Now that I gave up that POS diet and eat good food again, I lost 10 out that 30 lbs by just counting calories. 2PD does not work!!!

I joined 24 hour fitness tonight. I've been going to Curves for about 3 months now, 3-5x a week. I decided I wanted more variety and challenge. Hubby is a member there and we worked out tonight... if it wasn't for toning up at Curves, I would have been mush all day!!!
