I am on the Atkins diet, in the induction phase. Does anyone know the brand name of a sweetener that is okay to use? I know sweet-and-low has aspartamine, which is a no-no. Can anyone help me with this questions??

Of course exercises, but I know few people in their 50's and they are eating like horses and they are not exercising at all and remain slim. Does anyone knows what is causing your body to go banana and put weight on even vapor of food?
