It's been a long time since I posted, so it is past time for an update.
May of 2002 I started Medifast -- a 500 calorie a day medically supervised
liquid diet.  I lost 82 pounds by November 2002 and had begun to work out.
I've done pretty well maintaining the loss.  I sold my house ...

My son's pediatrician suspects I might be starving him.  Big sigh.
I've got three children.  I've got a normal sized 12 year old who has no
health issues, has had menarche, stuff like that.  She's slim but not

I am on the Atkins diet, in the induction phase.  Does anyone know the
brand name of a sweetener that is okay to use?  I know sweet-and-low
has aspartamine, which is a no-no.  Can anyone help me with this
questions??

Of course exercises, but I know few people in their 50's and they are eating
like horses and they are not exercising at all and remain slim.
Does anyone knows what is causing your body to go banana and put weight on
even vapor of food?

I'm just on the edge of getting into the 130's. Wow, I never thought I'd get
so far on my diet. It may take a week or two to get at 139, but I'm goin'

Okay, I did a 12 Week Body for Life Challenge.  You are supposed to work
out 72 times if you do the challenge perfectly.  I worked out 68 times.
My goal was to lose 15 pounds of fat.  I lost 7.5 pounds of fat.  In my
previous three challenges I lost at least 15 pounds each time, so ...
