new breakfast idea31 Dec 2003 19:13 GMT7
I've been looking for a hearty, stick-to-your-ribs kind of breakfast.  Today
I took a serving of Zoom (hot oat bran cereal) and a serving of bran buds,
mixed them together, added 1/2 scoop of protein powder and some splenda and
cooked in the microwave with nonfat milk.  It was ...
Are You Fat?  Read This!31 Dec 2003 15:46 GMT1
Ready for the New Year's Resolution People?  Let's start a thread for them.
First off, read http://www.stumptuous.com/weights.html - it's the
closest thing we've got to a FAQ here.  Her section on eating is worth
reading two or three times.
My Food Journal to the Rescue!30 Dec 2003 23:00 GMT2
Hi all -- these past few weeks (since Thanksgiving, really) have been quite careless
on the eating front. In fact on Tuesday I bit the bullet and got on the scale (which
I had been avoiding) and it said 156. Eeek! (My previous low had been 149 but that
didn't last long.) Mind you, I ...
Anyone tried a body pump class?30 Dec 2003 22:07 GMT9
I'm thinking of trying the body pump classes the gym I belong to offer.
I've read about it on the gym's website and on the sites specifically about
body pump but still haven't gotten a good idea of what's involved.  I guess
I'm a little chicken about going into a room where a lot of ...

my question on glucosamine30 Dec 2003 17:07 GMT16
I am so bad at taking pills and taking them regularly, as needed....   But
I've got a question.   My bottle of glucosamine/chondrotin says to take 3
pills daily.   So, does that mean to take one at each meal - so like, 3
times a day.  or, does that mean to take all 3 at once.
Holiday weight gain30 Dec 2003 16:47 GMT3
Well, I'm just checking in, because I decided that the diet was going to
hell for the holidays.  But I have only gained 2 lb!  Yay for that.  Let's
see what a' Bhliadhna ?r (the New Year) brings.

target - Arms30 Dec 2003 15:35 GMT34
I was just looking at my pics of me first official dress fitting.  One thing
I noticed a few years ago in some pictures is my upper arms look really
bulky.  (especially compared to my 5" wrists).   My gown is strapless, so my
arms will be showing.  I'm not liking their looks.

Maintaining Weight30 Dec 2003 08:56 GMT8
I decided I would enjoy little samples of all the holiday yummies floating
around, but I admit, I did so with some measure of trepidation. I thought
for sure I'd gain weight. I was careful to keep to my schedule of daily
weighing. If I gained, I was going to immediately stop the ...
I love my grill30 Dec 2003 02:18 GMT3
I used my grill tonight for the first time.  I marinated some chicken
breasts in the recipe I got off this site and was able to fit two at a time
on the grill.  I have a feeling I will regret buying the small one, but I
will have to deal with it for the time being.  The kids loved ...
