Hello ASD,
Just wanted to let everyone know I've updated some photos in my webshots
folder at http://community.webshots.com/user/paul76180.  I put them in a
folder called 200.  I was actually around 198 when I took the pictures, but
Facing the truth31 Mar 2004 13:59 GMT40
I thought I was doing a good job, going from 174 to 158 pounds
currently.  I thought my size 36 pants were even feeling a little

old ones were falling apart).  Ooops! Too tight.  Size 38 underwear

some weight - 174 to 158 - but have made no progress for 6 months.

Max calories per hour rates31 Mar 2004 03:46 GMT17
I am presently considering a job offer that requires me to put in more
work hours than now. The issue at stake is that then I would need to
reduce time spent exercising. That is, instead of 100 minutes walking
(500 calories), perhaps I could do 30 minutes on the elliptical at

good knee news31 Mar 2004 03:22 GMT10
Hurray - went to Orthopedic surgeon today after my regular medical doctor
had a fit, a nice fit, but a fit that I was still planning to lift knowing
the results of my MRI on my right knee.  Basically, he said while my knee is
a mess and needs arthrosopic surgery, he does not believe ...

Has anyone tried it to help with losing weight?  I was listening to a radio
health show and the doctor on it recommended supplementing with l-carnitine
to help increase endurance and burn more fat.  I just bought some yesterday
and tried it today for the first time.  I got the ...

Well today I got on the scale and it read 199 pounds.  Yippee for me!

progress (lack of) this week ...29 Mar 2004 10:16 GMT6

on last week ended up in the pub and I ate and drank too much.  I
weighed myself a couple of days later and had put on 3lb.  So I
suppose on the bright side I have shifted that gain (which, before I

up eating very heavy food and tons of it. We used to have pancake
