Anti Dracula Diet16 Mar 2004 02:11 GMT16

I was recently injured with a calf injury (tennis leg...funny
considering that I got it figure skating!!!)  I couldn't do much of
a workout for a week b/c I was on crutches.  (Then again, going
around on crutches can be a good workout in itself!)  Needless to say,

Woohoo! I've lost 10 pounds since starting this new WOE in late

Fiber?15 Mar 2004 00:29 GMT11
How many of you here use a supp for fiber intake such as a pill/powder
or drink? I have been considering buying some Metamucil or something

FitDay problem14 Mar 2004 21:25 GMT3
In the FitDay download I'm having trouble making a custom meal.  When I go

tab, I cannot enter information and the "find a food" items do not drag into
the ingredient list, as the directions say it should.
